Can't recall a time I had an issue with USPS. Back in college, I used their service when the gf at the time and I were selling our junk on eBay to pay for tuition. No package was delayed or lost.

PayPal on the other hand...

So basically you are saying fuck these guys who missed their date through no fault of their own.

I'm sure if you were in their predicament you'd agree.

I wouldn't say fuck them but a deadline is a deadline. It's not their fault I agree. What do you suggest USCIS do?

Simple. If postmarked on or before Oct. 5th, accept the application.

Why? If the deadline to something is the 10th. It is up to the recipient to make sure it gets there on the 10th or before. Just because it was postmarked it doesn't mean it needs to be accepted.

If you want it your way, then the guidelines should change to be postmarked before this date.

You are the one who asked what USCIS can do...

That means they will contradict to what they posted. USCIS needs to change the requirement to no later postmarked than *date*. That I agree with but not that the USCIS just accepted anything postmarked after a date when there were rules.

It will make them look bad.

Wrong. If they are postmarked by a certain date they should be "in." This is how most things work, why should the vastly more important DACA not follow the standard?

You should know this chyno.
