And Biden is a S 774 co-sponsor as well so if they don't vote on the new DREAM we will lose two votes in favor and one against (Allard).

Allard's absence doesn't affect a thing. All we need is 60+ votes of "Yea", not 40- votes of "Nea". What I really worry about is that we don't have the "Yea" votes from two Dem senators.
