Excuse me?? A rookie?? I've been waiting for this as long as you have!! I bet I've done more for Dream then you ever have. Get real. They just said the whole damn schedule there is no Dream Act. DOD Vote is on Monday. Fridays a short day. Today and Friday are both full. Don't sit there and call me a rookie. At least I know what I'm talking about and my head isn't burried in the sand. EVERY DAY we lose votes. Alipac is stronger than us. If you want to be optimisitc fine. You will be the one who is crushed if it never happens.

We HAVE to demonstrate that we are united, that we will fight for this, and that not one single member is derailing. Arguments in situations like this cause nothing but problem to our group. I would suggest for everybody to think twice before starting an argument, it helps for nothing.

hey taskgirl i respect you im on here almost everday and i see you on this site most of the time almost as much as me but you should be a leader for example we will follow you around the threads and call the same people at the same time kinda

We don't have enough ppl what's the point of having 100 of us calling when the ops. Has 1000? We the 100 WE CAN GET 1000! What we need to do is a massive media broadcast campain. We need to call every news tv chanel every second until we get it on air. Call them! Email them! Fax them!

We need some attention! Local radios! News paper! We need this ASAP! We need to be able to catch every one that comes to this web site! We need to contact charities!

WE NEED MORE PEOPLE! This way we have more calls and more power!

There are 430 amendments proposed on HR1585. The vote on the bill is Monday/Tuesday. So far Senate has passed ONE AMENDMENT, and attempted only half dozen. Do the math.

I agree but we are more like 30 and they are like 500.. I don't think we have 100..

Since it will be no vote today please try to organize overnight Marisol_ NY or any other in or close to DC to do operation roses. Just a simple ACT of few students will be enough in Grad. Uniforms and roses (flowers) It’s no need even to give the roses to Senators just their appearance will be enough.(especially after the emotional Durban’s speech) Just contact them they are from NY.
Grad. Uniforms + flowers this will be your VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calling/Faxing/ Email Is OK , but in my opinion you have do something different then KKK.
If they are sending bricks by mail to Senators (to build a wall at South border) just show to Senators that you are different.
Just simple ACT of appreciation to those that support you at the Senate and simple Act of Hope to those that are not decided yet.

Like I've stated before, I live 15 mins from DC, I think enough is enough, I'm willing to be involved completely, I work 55 hours a week, for no overtime and seriously, my dreams have not died, but their on a string. Action is now, I can help coordinate a lot of stuff.
