Only way for this to pass would be for the house to take the senate bill as is, which won't happen.
So if anything comes out of conference it will fail in the senate or in the house.
Remember how fractured democrats were in 2010? Where we had everything from socialists to moderate conservatives? This is basically the republican party today with fewer members.

TPS should not be attached to DACA, I was answering the question on what I thought those people were thinking. TPS people sound a lot like DACA to people. A quarter million US citizen children, 22% of them came as children, most speak English, etc.
