Chief Deputy Whip McHenry say they are whipping the disaster spending bill this vote. Says how the disaster spending bill vote goes will dictate how Senate handles it. Says House will pass bills and leave. McCarthy says he doesn’t expect Senate to bounce bills back to Hse

@ChadPergram. Lol they're looking to jam the senate.

Diane Feinstein says she's voting no on the short-term govt funding bill "given the lack of any realistic plan to pass the Dream Act and long-term CHIP funding."
isn't this a good sign for us? how many more dem senators have to say no??? how do we pressure schumer now"?

New: @HispanicCaucus members are going to walk over to Senate Minority Leader Schumer's office after this vote series to pressure Senate Dems to vote against CR because it doesn't include DACA fix.

"White supremacy isn't a problem, we don't need representational representation in congress"

Keep in mind folks ! This is CR bill. Democrat need to attach DA to must spending bill in Jan . That’s our final chance . If Democrat fails to do so , then we are truly and totally fucked. It’s crystal clear that GOP needs Democrat’s votes to pass spending bill

Politically, there is less support in January. Leverage is only useful if you can use it. Dems so far are not willing to use it. January doesn't matter unless Senate Dems are actually willing to shut down the gov.
