I think they need to curtail birthright citizenship for extreme cases. There was a Taiwanese woman who lied to get on a flight to the US being 9 months pregnant. Gave birth in the air before the plane landed and the kid got US citizenship.

I think you need some ties to the US. Either parent is on a visa or has DACA or is a resident of a state ( legal or illegal ) . But something that shows you care about America.
