Dream Act includes all childhood arrivals who were brought to the U.S. before age 18. There's an "arrived by" date of entry, should not matter how old the person is now. It's the same standard of previous legalization programs: date of arrival.

For childhood arrivals, the qualifier should be the age of arrival as minors. A childhood arrival is a childhood arrival.

They couldn't get shit done on immigration with 60 democrats in the senate.

I really don't want them to give any concessions now because they won't ever go back and unfuck them.

I think that INA needs a statute of limitations. If the government fails to remove someone for 10-20 years that person should just be made a permanent resident.

Cornyn can say what he wants. But fact is McConnell will not bring any type of Dreamer relief bill on the Senate floor unless President Trump approves it first. This is why the Democrats need to act NOW.

The deportation caucus already proved that democrats don't have a flaccid dick to stand on if it comes to a shutdown showdown.

I wasn't surprised to be honest. They abandoned us when they had the White House, Senate and House and they will most likely abandon us again. But believe me when I say that I will push my family and friends who can vote to NOT vote Democrats or Republicans.

If they want to limit "chain migration" it better be for the Dream Act, and not some shitty bill like the Suceed Act

I am OK with ending chain migration in exchange for giving legal status to aged out Dreamers.
