If a TPS holder who's work permit expires on March 9th does that mean that it won't get renewed or does it get extended till September?

Genuinely feel for them! They are already talking about passing this problem over to congress but unfortunately I don’t see that hapenning for them, it is already hard enough for us and we are somehow more “marketable.”

The T in TPS stands for temporary

This sucks for them but it is what it is

No reason to worry here

Trump administration to end deportation protection for nearly 200,000 Salvadorans.
This is sort of expected for several months. More TPS from other origins will expired.

Yes it's sad for them, but it was always a TEMPORARY protection and they already got 18 years of being here fully legal and free to work, go to school, and either fix their houses back home up and go back or find a way to get a green card so I'm not going to spend a second feeling bad for them.

It's a lot easier to get a green card through marriage or work when you're already here legally. In the 18 years they were here, they never worried about ICE breaking down their door while they slept, they were free to travel, and got many luxuries that Dreamers never got and they still have more than a year to figure their shit out. All it takes is for their kids to be citizens or they get married and they can adjust their status without any fears or troubles. So screw them if they can't figure out a way to become permanent after 18 years.

I'm sure some of you saints will think this is wrong but also think about future people who need temporary protection. As long as Temporary protections were just renewed, it would make it harder to allow new people needing immediate help to come here. It also might work out in our favor as this could be a compromise.
