Well guys, another step on the long road from total clusterfuck to LPR.

Showed up for court today, ICE attorney objected to termination. Judge agreed to administratively close on the account that I am covered by DACA, have an approved IR I-130, and have I-601A available.

Right now I need to try rushing NVC to issue me a IV bill which is basically the last thing I need to send that damn waiver application out.

Then after that is approved and NVC schedules an interview date the judge said that I will need to request voluntary departure and they will try to make it overlap with the interview date. VD grants are up to 120 days so it shouldn't be that hard.

Tl;dr:
Wait on NVC. File I-601A. Get it approved. Wait on NVC again. Get visa appointment. Come back to court for VD. Leave. Attend interview. Come back with an IR1 visa.

At this point I hope it actually gets scheduled after my 2 year anniversary just so I can skip the stupid removal of conditions later.

Nice, glad everything went accordingly. It may not be termination, but at the very least, you are that much closer to your goal of winning your dream. Keep us updated on taking the fight to the belly of the beast.

How long did it take for you to get the I-130 approved?

11 months, 8 days.

No, I said that I have it available, as in it's something I can seek relief by. I needed the closure to proceed on it, I also need a visa fee bill from NVC to file it. So currently the hold up is with USCIS passing the case onto NVC, or the NVC actually digging through the stack of documents to issue me a bill.

Good..lengthy process but u'll get there.
So just wondering if any relief passes allowing dreamers to travel, those with admin closed cases will need to go throught court to terminate the case before travelling overseas or u think that might not be necessary?

It basically means they have taken a warrant for his deportation and arrest and said,"Look, we are gonna cancel this warrant for immigration arrest and throw your case off the court docket." Which means ICE cannot legally arrest and remove him at will. They would have to bring the case back to court.

It is highly suggested to have your proceedings cancelled before traveling. We shall see how the government handles those with removal proceedings and deportation orders or how the Congress handles implementing that particular part of legislation.
