As far as this ruling being struck down in the higher courts, I don't think it will because the injunction ruling was based on causing irreparable harm if allowed to be rescinded before a the case is argued in court (and we all know how long court cases could take). So, I do think the case for irreparable harm is evident for DACA Recipients losing there status. I do however think that eventually the administration might win on its right to terminate DACA, but hopefully that will give more people time to renew while the original case makes its way through the courts, while the injunction is in place.
The ruling will delay, but not for three years. It will get struck down or Sessions will go around it eventually. If they were cancelling peoples DACA before expiration, it would be struck down.

It is good because it will let some people who did not have a chance to renew and they should renew if this injunction gives them the chance to do so. Whatever relief comes this year, those holding current EADs will be first in line.

I don't know how long the ruling will be delayed. But hopefully long enough to let everyone who expires this year to apply for renewal, bring EADs into 2020, hopefully with a new administration.
You never know, as another poster said the courts might just side with DACA based on the fact that DAPA ultimately was denied implementation due violation of the procedural act. Which is the same argument they are using to stop daca being rescinded.

I Hope something happens positive with the court decision or with the Democratic majority senate/Congress or administration. I just don't trust Trump, playing with people's lives on Twitter, everyday. Smh

Dapa was ended because Obama's administration didn't follow APA procedures and everyone kept wasting taxpayer $$, non profit donations, to litigate something for three years that was completely within his administration's control which was to publish rulemaking and notice in the Federal Register.

All Trump has to do is publish notice - just like TPS got official notice.

This is political. We finally have the opportunity for permanent relief and no kne should be wasting time lokking any other way.

Speak for yourself, I think reinstating daca is a great thing.
