I think black and white is fine. That's what I always use

I expire on Sep.30th and was thinking about filing asap but then I read this on the i 821 instruction : "CAUTION: If you file this request more than 150 days prior to the expiration of your current period of deferred action, USCIS may reject your submission and return it to you with instructions to resubmit your request closer to the expiration date. USCIS encourages renewal requestors to file as early in the 150-day period as possible - ideally, at least 120 days prior to the DACA expiration date."

What do you guys think? We should file anyway even if we're out of the 150 day mark?

Let me repost my previous post:

People here can't even risk $500 to ensure a good future for themselves for the next two years. If there was ever a gamble worth taking, this is it. And most likely if they reject your app, they will return your check along with the app. You can keep it aside for renewal later if the injection is not struck down by then.

Just curious, are you sending 2 checks/money orders, one for 765 filing and another for 821? Or did you put the fees on 1 check/money order?

What should I put for I-765 form for which service center approved the last EAD? Mine was processed at NSC then transferred to IOE, so my card number starts with IOE
