A bit skeptical with all this, wondering how they managed to remove that 150 day before expiration thing. I will send mine in by the end of the week!

Waiting for some of you to throw updates of acceptance on here.

i expire feb of 2019 and plan on sending it this week. no harm in giving it a shot.

Let us know if they accept it. I expire March 2019 and would like to send mine as well if it’s possible!!

I expire Feb 2019, I am finishing up the forms now and hoping to sending it out this afternoon. I'll keep everyone updated if it is accepted and such.

I think it was more of a guideline than a concrete rule honestly.


Anyways back to the topic, I still have more than 1 year until I expire, so really too early for me. If the injunction holds until September then I can squeeze another two years out. Or I can wait until March and probably risk losing a few months.


Waivers in removal proceedings is a rough schedule. Still need bill from NVC, spouse needs a psych evaluation that we'll use as evidence, and then there's the timing issue of getting Voluntary Departure which will overlap with the consular interview.

Hopefully I receive my acceptance text soon. If this goes through, I'm going to try and make the best of these two years.
