Not a lawyer but that is what I’ve always put and it’s gotten approved.

If anybody is up, please help!
I've never filed before on my own, and so I feel like I'm missing something.
On the I-765 sheet that i got off the USCIS website, it did not have the part where it asks for my financial info and my explanation.
Also I'm not sure if I know what the I-94 sheet is. I clicked and there is no forms that I can see.

I don’t know too much about I-94 but I only see that it’s for initial request
Maybe someone else can advise?

You need to download I765 worksheet to declare financial information and why you need the work permit
