Then he goes on to say that part of it will be see through (fence) and some won't be needed because of the terrain (no 2000 mile wall) I told ya'll, he will keep calling it a wall no matter what. He's not going to turn around to his base and say, guys, I didn't get a wall, but I did get us a fence!
