I got to a point that I'm numb to all these immigration talk.
Honestly, I'm more worried about spending time with my daughter and if the NY Rangers will make the playoffs than all this DACA bs.

A big fucking mess!! Today I cried all the way home from Walmart, I had to drag myself to church this morning, because what’s the point?? 3 of of 5 days at work are manageable, which is better than right after trump took office. Sometimes, a good cry helps me cope, then am good for another week.

Y’all need to chill. Being anxious won’t do anything for you. I learned that lesson a couple years ago. Just take one day at a time and look at the silver linings. We get one more renewal which will take us close to the next election. By then I’m sure a lot of us will have found love interests and will put this problem behind us. And if everything goes to shit, moving to Canada or some other country isn’t the end of the world. We’re all gonna make it bros. I promise. Stay positive!

I definitely agree that a good cry is sometimes the best way to get it out of your system. I found limiting watching the news, internet, etch helps a lot too, though I don't always follow my own advice.

That’s great. My friends abandoned me when they found out.

If they abandoned you then they were shitty friends. Get people like that out of your life!

Just get the renewals in and dont put too much focus on this mess, I know it is very hard to not think about it but staying busy is our best bet. At the end of the day, we are NOT going back to the shadows. No way in hell that will happen.
