Only reason we haven't been legalized yet is because of the March 5th deadline. We are getting closer to it. Neither party wants to be blamed for Dreamers being deported or losing their work permits. We will get relief before March 5. Sure, some have already lost it/been deported, but that's a small insignificant fraction. March 5th is the deadline the Republicans are running on.

Well, yeah, that was the whole point. I don't think Dems are that stupid. They are setting up for their midterms which will prominently feature our sob stories and deportation.
