Too early to renew?

With everything going on right now i really want my husband to renew his permit, but his expiration is sept 18. Would it be too early to start renewing now?

Mine expires on Sept. 13, 2018 and I already have a biometrics appointment scheduled. I was probably a little quick but I'm not leaving anything to chance. No one knows how much longer we will be able to renew before DACA ends up in court all over again.

Yeah renew apparently uscis is accepting all early cases sent.


Losing out $500 is a small price to pay for the chance to get a 2 year EAD
