I see, I am still confused about this

Namely because I think everyone gets their stuff from NCS at the end.

The envelope the EAD comes from always has an address from Lincoln,NE

Thanks, Life has been weird lately. Things that make DACA seem unimportant.

Anyhow, anyone know the answer then?

Same case here, initially processed by NSC, transferred to IOE.

According to this, my card # starts with IOE, so I should put down IOE.

Honestly I think if you list either it will be ok.

I also had an IOE # but all the documents I received came from NSC, so I wrote down NSC. My logic was that DACA "cant" be e-filed, thats why we send hard-copies. We had to include a photocopy of our EADs, so I am sure they will figure it out.
