Hello. I am initial DACA applicant. I applied for the first time in July of last year and just hit 6 months. I made an inquiry with USCIS 10 days ago and hope for a reply soon but i really need to speed my case up as an emergency recently came up and can’t continue to not work so I was thinking about contacting my senators office. My question is, do I email his office or call? I see an option to email his team on his website but I’ve read calls are always more effective. If I do call, what information should I have ready? Also, I live in a red state and my senator has only ever mentioned DACA once and it seemed sort of positive but still murky. Would I be risking anything by contacting him if he somehow isn’t a fan of DACA?
