I checked on my USCIS account. Both forms show up but when I clicked on the form uploaded, it showed an error. I noticed that this time the forms are in .TIF format but last time they were in .PDF. Anyone has the same problem?

If USCIS accepts it will it be processed even if SCOTUS halts the program?

For those of you who got their applications accepted and been issued biometrics already. When do you guys expire?

Mine expires 9/5/18 and I'm planning on sending it by Friday. Or early next week. I'm a bit nervous about losing my money too. By either getting denied because it's too early or if the court halts renewals. I'm also wandering if they'll get anything done on Feb 8th.

Just received 2 emails notifying to to check my Ellis account so I did, and they are processing my renewal. I also checked my tracking numbers and they sent my renewal to Integrated Operating Env location.

can anyone confirm that if you send your renewal in early, they will just do the two years from the date of processing instead of two years from the expiration date?

Date from approval not from the day they start processing your app., and you will lose a some time on your new EAD. In my case I’ll probbaly lose 2 or 3 months.

Last time I was sent to IOE it took 90-100+ days to process. I was without DACA for a month and work made me take an LOA. Wouldn't mind the same type of delay this time, so I can get closer to 2021 lol.
