1/16 USCIS received App before 10a

1/19 Biometrics scheduled for 2/8

1/23 Printed Biometrics letter and walked-in (8a) to the SF office (250 Broadway). They accepted my walk-in and I got an ELIS update as I was walking to the bus.


Now I wait.


Expire 9/20/18



As a note for those of you near SF, I would just walk-in for your Biometrics. I've done so three times now between the oakland and the SF location. Oakland only asked questions back in 2012.

I'd imagine with the stoppage few months back, they weren't really working on any renewals aside from the few sent in between the designated months. So they actually have a lot of room to make these move fast right off the bat.

Where is the option to print the letter, I have a USCIS Account but don’t see any link to bring up the letter?

Has anybody that expired within a year gotten their application approved? I expire Feb-2019

I got the same error when I tried to open the uploaded documents to look at the applications they scanned in. Have you been able to open it yet? Were you able to see your scanned applications?

Yeah play it safe. I was used to sending it to the physical address in Arizona, looks like that changed so I sent it to the PO BOX. Was hesitant but follow the guidelines.

I’m sure my lawyer didn’t file the G-1145.
Do I have to wait till I actually get something in the mail to sign up for the updates? Or is there another work around??

Anyone who sent their application to Arizona have theirs signed by J LOPEZ?

He is the infamous J Lopez. Yup. My first initial and first two renewals were always signed by this dude.
