Why don't we just give up daca? The world doesn't just revolve around the dreamers and there are more than 11 million undocumented ppl who are just as American & ought to be taken care of !

Thats the only option if you want to protect others because Dems bitched out and arent really in a position of power to tailor negotiations.

If anything passes, it will be a conservative bill. Expect Dems to cave in.

Oh, and midterms won't help because Trump will still be President. Even if there is a blue wave, Dems are so weak Republicans will just filibuster. Thats what you are looking at.

Unlike other immigrants, we don’t have a country to go back to. Unlike other immigrant groups (TPS, DV etc), we have an 80% approval rating so yes, we are tad bit more important than the rest. Incase you forgot this is the dream act portal not to mention we live in a trump world. Thankful they are even considering making DACA permanent.

To say we don't have a country to go back to implies we are native born citizen but we all came from one country or another becuase that's where we were born and our very existence in the United States is ILLEGAL, hence we are having this DACA debate.

it's sad that we cant actually have decent standards for mental competency, it'd be too easily abused by corrupt individuals to declare just about anyone they wanted as a threat to humanity.

of course you could stupidly argue that this is what miller wants, to point at us and say we are unfit and incarcerate anyone who disagrees with him.

but the difference is that i see the flaws in such a system and he fails to see them or doesnt care, this is what makes him unfit and a danger to society.

One thing Trump is really good at is spreading fear and shit around. We need to piss him off by campaigning on this "President Miller" shit. Trump will be upset. The more we campaign on President Miller, the more we spread news about he fucked everything up, the better. This is the problem with liberals and Democrats. They don't want to play dirty.
