No, 1.8 includes those in DACa. And those who qualify for DACa but didn't. Think of people under 15 who couldn't apply

It’s says that this changes will occur prospectively not retroactively, by processing the backlog. Doesn’t that mean that this will only affect people not already applying?

What does 'adjusting time frame' means? Does it mean that they will move the required arrival date or what?

To the people applying to the grant: You'll are a bunch of fckin freeloaders. Seriously, you have DACA already and can't even come up with $500? GTFO

Guaranteed if you get a GC and/or citizenship, you will be living on welfare being a leech.

Have you already applied? If so, aren't you part of the backlog they are talking about clearing?

Anyone who's already applied and is just waiting for a priority date is good to go. It's just that no one new will be allowed to apply.

Same here age out with a pending sponsorship since 2001 but no point in getting depressed. Let them help the ones under DACA and the younger kids at the end of the day I don't wish any hardship on them like the shit I had gone through.

Yeah we are basically into a system where we don't get benefits back. Many of us have been paying our taxes and putting money into a pool we can't even touch.

It says they won’t apply these changes retroactively though and that they’ll work through the backlog

How is Miller still in charge of DACA deal. I don't know what game he is playing, we should be cautious.
