So I recently started a new job and cannot request days off for the next 6 months. I know USCIS Application Support Centers only pone Monday to Friday from 8a to 4p (my work hours as well &#128529

Does anyone if the centers will be open for Lincolns Birthday (Feb 12) and/or Presidents day (Feb 19)?

Or where I can call a specific center to verify? The numbers listed on Google are for the main USCIS numbers.

By the way, I live in IL and Lincoln's Birthday is a state holiday, not sure if USCIS also observe state holidays.

I’d love to find out as well, I also can’t take days off from my new job yet. If someone has any ideas please let us know

List of federal holidays. I believe USCIS is closed on federal holidays.

Is a government job so HR is strict about following guidelines and cannot request a day off (unless I take sick day, but I have to submit a doctor's note)

President's day is a federal holiday so they are definitely closed. Lincoln's birthday isn't so they will probably be open.

Get food poisoning on that day.

Or find a way to get the flu a couple days before.
