Edit: Nevermind. I just checked my USCIS account and my receipts have been added on there and says my applications are being processed as of Jan.26

Check your USCIS account because i didnt receive a text or email either but it was uodated there

Yeah, it's on there. I sent form g1145 to receive the texts and emails but they didn't send any. I wonder if there is a way to receive notifications through your USCIS account when there are any updates?

If you have a year or less on your EAD , send your renewal ASAP .
Nothing to lose, lots to gain.

Is anyone trying to postpone their biometrics appointment to buy more time on the EAD?

Okay. Looks like I’m almost done filling and my new checks came in on sat. Will send mine tomo morning for an overnight delivery. Anyone know which envelope I’d have to use? It’s been a while, sorry ��.

I am definitely considering it, however I've yet to receive an appointment letter. Which is good news. You can see time line so far in my signature.

Dude I wouldn’t risk it we’re going to have a permenant fix in these coming months these 2 years we’re re currently applying for is to keep us safe until we go through the process of whatever bill passes . I don’t think you have to worry about keeping it extended to your old date . In my opinion right not it’s too crucial to be postponing these things .

I agree with this. For one thing, I don’t trust this administration at all. If I have learned anything is that they would do anything to fuck us over. Second, this is a big wave, you have everyone from whom lost their daca already to whose expiring over a year from now. This big wave will slow things down. I’ve read on Facebook where ppl applied back in September for expiring in February and still waiting. Idk about you, I’d rather live sanely than be on this rollercoster.

I heeded this warning, I borrowed and got the money for my application, going to send it out tomorrow or Tuesday. Better late than never I guess. I’ve done a great job avoiding the news, but this is not something I would have wanted to miss!
