Send your renewals!! For the love of god don’t listen to organizations and lawyers or mean spirited DAusers who want to misguide. There’s nothing you can lose and you will gain 2 extra years at most. I don’t believe anything will pass until democrats can at least retake the house in the midterms.

For those with biometrics in early February and if the Supreme Court strikes down DACA (let's say in June), who would try for a 4th renewal?

That is, the people who have biometrics in February will probably be renewed through March 2020. The Supreme Court could hand out its ruling in June (at its earliest). Would it be worth sending in renewals 1.5 years early?

All we would risk would be the $20 in shipping, and we could stand to gain six months through mid to late 2020.

Just came back from bio today and saw the I-765 status being updated to this:

Quote:
Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
As of January 31, 2018, we are actively reviewing your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number IOE0903552913. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.
That was fast!

Send in a 4th renewal, wait for your biometrics letter, ask to change the date to the latest appointment date possible, keep postponing until there are 6 months left on EAD.

This Has been my theory. I think trump wants to save DACA. Key word “HE” not Republicans definetly not Democrats. He, wants all the glory. So it’s gonna be a while before both side give up but when they do and they will... here comes trump ton”save the day”. Watch

I've been reading about people viewing their renewal info (biometrics etc.) on their USCIS account. I've recently created an account (After I sent in my 2018 renewal, and am having issues figuring out how to sync my recent renewal to this account). Do we need to verify identity? I also haven't received an access code so I can't do that. I saw for some people it updated automatically to their account, am I missing something?

Renewal sent: 1/25/18
Delivered: 1/26/18
Approved: 1/30/18
Check Cashed: 1/30/18
Biometrics: ?
Accepted: ?

It hasn't been that long. Your app was probably received on the 24th. Mine was received on the 26th and still no letters in the mail either.
