Same thing as well. I was afraid of not getting my bios after seeing so many people already getting theirs, so I wrote them an email through the online inbox. They were surprisingly fast to reply. They simply stated that my case was being reviewed and that they were within the 120 days of processing time. They told me to write them again at day 105 lol

It is nerve wracking because in 2016 I applied in June and I didn't get my bios until October 5th and my EAD lapsed in the process. I kept calling them and they would just say the same thing..."we are within the 120 days'.....Like I get it, the 120 days is a technicality you are relying on to obfuscate the reality that it shouldn't take that long.

I’ve been this thing about this including passport photos for renewals, but I did not see anything about that when I renewed, sent yesterday. Can you post a link to the page where it says this is needed? Kind of freaking out now.....

I don't have access to the online account, I created one but I imagine itll take some time to receive the account access code that they ask for...does anybody have an estimate for how long it takes to receive either the online access code or the biometrics paper..I have already received my 797s in the mail. my notice date is 1/23...sent to phoenix, transferred to Harrisburg

Which ASC for biometrics is the nearest to downtown L.A.? Do they allow a walk-in? Thanks!

It's in the I-765 instructions, although, people have submitted their renewals in the past without passport photos and have been approved.

I got the I-797C today with teh online access code. I was able to access my account and see the form for my scheduled biometrics on 2/13/2018.

Update: It has now been 2 weeks since I've sent my renewal, with ZERO response from USCIS, no receipt, no acceptance, no nothing. The only thing i know is that USPS tracking says that it has been delivered. Yes, I've checked my uscis account online, all it has is 2 closed cases from my renewal request in 2016. (Chicago lockbox)

I called them yesterday about it, and the officer said if it's been over 30 days and I don't get any receipt or anything, call again. But at that point I fear that DACA will be repealed again .. =/
I lose hours of sleep from this - does anyone have any idea or is anyone else going through the same thing?

Assuming your check was not cashed either? Next time be sure to get signature required type of delivery. It will make a world of difference if you ever have to fight the battle of "I applied within the deadline".
