At this point renewable bridge act paired with border security seems reasonable. We can just wait on a future admin to legalize us.

I don't see Democrats voting for a Bridge Act without it being a clean Bridge Act. Even the spineless Dems wouldn't want to give Trump a win which he would get because they would likely attach the wall. Trump would get to say that he fixed DACA and got his wall while Dems would face the wrath of their base and liberal groups.

I'm sure a lot of us would find a way to AOS at some point anyway. Either through marriage or job sponsorship.

We just need time and security. I'm ok with no path to citizenship

Will Never Forget...

Now if only I could scrap my military contract...
hey, i'm in the same boat as you, i think. i'm in the Reserves, been there for more than a year. i'm actually trying to cancel my contract, but my recruiters keep pushing me. now, ii stopped responding to them. my CI interview was yesterday, and i didn't go. getting a bunch of calls from the recruiters now, but just sending them to voicemail.

all this to say that there is a way to terminate if you really want to. probably not the ideal way to go about doing it, but it's a way.

Hey, I am glad I am not the only one. This whole Army BS is becoming a pain in the ass now. I have a career and school and these enlisted morons will just all of a sudden call me and order me to come and sign paper during the last minute. I am sick and tired of these no-good welfare loving morons.

I'll desperately take anything as long as I can work. They can shove citizenship up thier ass too. I'll get it eventually via my mom who is a citizen and has applied for me.

Yep, same here. I've used enough of my vacation hours to deal with their last minute requests only to not hear anything for months after. I figure I've wasted more time dealing with them than it's worth. It's really hard to cancel, and they'll pretty much beg you and peer pressure you into staying. They key is to stand your ground and not let them affect your thoughts.

My only concern is that it might negatively affect our records when applying for jobs, it's unfair because its not our fault that they delayed us causing undoable harm.

I’m tired. Just decide on something and let’s move on.

McConnell says he doesn’t think there will be another gov’t shutdown. Says “there will be a new level of seriousness.” Ryan says interim spending bill is only to give Apps Cmte time to write a lony term spending bill
