my daca expires in 10/13/18 so I wondering if I can send in my renewal right now I called my lawyer and he said you can only send in application when you have 150 days until it expires so I'm confused right now

It won’t hurt you to send it. If you get denied then you lose nothing except $495.00

I tried it. They accepted my application and I expire in November 2018.

Your lawyer is a dumbass. Countless people here including myself have sent their renewals in well before the 150 day mark and have gotten them accepted. Send it in now! Ditch your lawyer and do it yourself, or have him do it and send it, no matter what he says!

If an application is rejected, you don't lose anything. Your entire application including the $495 fee is returned to you. There's a difference between a rejection and a denial.

You think the Dream Act has a higher chance of passing than Bridge Act?

Had a number of positive conversations today on the hill. There is a bipartisan deal to be had to protect Dreamers and increase border security. Congress needs to act faster though.

Durbin has been pretty quiet lately, no? You guys agree? You take that as bad or good?

I'd say thats a good thing. Every time too much is said in the interviews and stuff trumps base get all riled up and it goes sour, so silence is the best option here.
