I was a little paranoid after reading all these stories of people getting their bios appt very late in the process, so I contacted USCIS once again through their online inbox. They answered in less than 1 hour! My case has been submitted to the biometrics appt system and is waiting to be scheduled. I hope the person actually checked my case, but at least I can breathe a little easier knowing where my case is at.

Don't worry, I sent mine to Phoenix and were delivered on the 24th. Today I got the notices on the mail.

I expire January 19th and I'm scheduled for Bios on the 16th on this month.

did you guys get a letter for your DACA renewal back? I only got a biometric appointment but somehow it has the same number as my replacement card letter.

It was a big clusterfuck. So in 2016, my EAD was going to expire in Nov 2016 and per the recommendation of my attorney, I applied for renewal in May 2016. Since I did not receive my biometrics after two weeks of my acceptance I started calling and they were just giving me the runaround. I contacted the Ombudsman and they told me to wait since it is within 120 days. I did a Congressional inquiry for my biometrics and they contacted USCIS, but they told me to wait as well. Then in July 2016, I got my biometrics. I have no idea what inquiry did it, I just started trying anything and everything. Finally, in September 2016 my EAD was approved. I hope this helps.

Thanks for this. I will definitely start contacting them if I do not get my biometric appointment. I have 21 days to go!

So after renewal was delivered Tuesday, finally got acceptance notice on my USCIS account. Now waiting for bio appt.

How many of us are ready to become immigration lawyers after all this daca crap is said and done? I'm serious with the amount of free legal advice on this page we should all be living like kings! This is why we dreamers will always get ahead! We persevere!

Heh, I think this may be the reason so many immigrants work for USCIS.

Nothing for Bio yet but the cases now show "Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.", with an updated date of 2/1 for I-821 and 2/3 for I-765. Weird.
