Who is filing for renewal this week? - Page 154

Someone I know sent their renewal yesterday although they expire on August of this year.

My only concern is what another user said that a higher court can tell the lower court had no authority to extend DACA and void all renewals after Sept 2017. I truly and sincerely hope not.

No one will get updates for a while. Ask again in 4 months

4 months? More like 1-3 months. That's the average you get approved after biometrics.

Did you forget the fiasco from last renewal? How some people were losing their jobs? Yeah expect 4+ months

Yeah, mine took almost 5 months after biometrics. Lost my job for a month.

Mine took 6 months on the dot.

There might be less accumulated cases for them to review at this time considering there have been no initial applications accepted for around 5 months now and no renewals submitted from October to mid January.

I don't think it takes much for them to get backed up. 13 days and I haven't received my Biometrics appointment, while in the beginning people were getting them within a few days.

Have you checked your online account if the biometric appointment has been uploaded to that?
