Yea, you can fly with DL. I believe almost all states are real ID compliant. The ones that aren't probably have an extension. Mine says "limited term" on it (from TX) and I flew to NYC last year without a problem. I'm flying to FL next month. I don't see why there would be a problem.

There is a higher risk when traveling with just a passport and no Visa on any mode of transportation, and under the current president that risk has never been higher. DHS and ICE is able to set up a checkpoint I believe within 100 miles of a border, so out of caution recommendations are going to be not to fly, take Amtrak or Greyhound if you are likely to pass within 100 miles of a port of entry or border.

With that mentioned, do research regarding your destination, I have flown for several years without anything other than my foreign passport, but that was before DACA. There are some places where it might be more likely for an ICE agent to inquire about your status than others and some airports as well.

I flew out of PDX last month with just my passport. Had no problem getting through TSA.
