I'm not sure what you're talking about. Trump's plan absolutely does.

Parent sponsorship does not have a cap currently. The white house wants to remove this category. This will reduce the number of immigrants who become citizens by millions

OK i guess I live in a world and you live in alt reality where everyone holds hands and sings kumbaya. One thing I learned is that you take what you are given and do as much as possible with that. So that is what I want. I want to take what is given to me which is GC / Citizenship and later fight for my parents. You can't have everything in this world.

I guess we can wait for the full text for clarification. I'm not on board if it fucks up chain migration for everyone else. I'm okay with the limitation to be on just us.

No, because there is not a constitutional way to do this. The only thing you'd be able to do is prevent dreamers from sponsoring their parents until they become citizens. Once you gain citizenship, they can't have a different set of rules for us.
