We should not blame only one side. This was absolutely the fault of all sides involved - Trump, GOP, AND Dems. Let's not give the Dems a cover for their mistakes (i.e. cowardice on shutdown fight), because they could have easily conceded and voted on the GOP's bill. Instead, their strategy now is to drag it out to 2020.
