I’ve been wondering the same thing! My EAD expires at the end of July 2019. Don’t know if to send my renewal.

Either way, this is no excuse to send your renewal. Don't care how far out from expiring you are, send it in!
Also to remember the three year permits were replaced with two year permits. So no DACA recipient lost any money.

THIS^

This site is a great source for people to go to for information.

Thank for clarifying misinformation.

My EAD expires November of 2019. I don't know what to do. Should I sent it in??? If all stays the same and with SCOUT not even taking up the case or any other ruling affecting DACA , will USCIS return my packet for being too early? Please help! I know this sort of question has been asked again but my EAD expires almost by the end of 2019.

What if Trump gets re-elected in 2020? That is a possibility.

I would not base my future on this renewal so much; I would not settle and allow myself to be used as pawns. Send your renewals in but really pressure Democrats to cave or Trump to back off his demands a little. We need this shit resolved asap.

The way things are heading with the Russia investigation, it does raise doubts whether he will even make it through the rest of his term.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Mueller has indicted 13 Russian nationals and 3 Russian entities who are "accused of violating U.S. criminal laws in order to interfere with U.S. elections and political processes,"

I think most of us are just too tired at this point.
No, I am not giving up. But I think it's much healthier to focus on what we can do individually to adjust our status instead of constantly bickering over every single mouth feces coming out of these politicians.
