Hey guys. I'm trying to renew and I have a question.
On my initial DACA application my lawyer made a mistake and put my entry as "EWI" without i94. However, I did came into US inspected with a i94 stamp.
So on my previous renewal my lawyer advised me to put the correct information and add a simple letter explaining that the mistake was made on the initial application which I did and it was approved.
My question is, do I have to put that letter of explanation again for this renewal? And would this initial mistake cause any future harm as "misrepresentation on application"?

Also, correct me if I'm missing anything from my application.

- i-821d
- i-765
- My last EAD card.

Thanks in advance!

When I did my first renewal, I mistakenly put current status as: "Deferred Status for Childhood Arrivals by ICE" when this wasn't true (it should have been USCIS).

I wrote a letter to them, explaining it and I was approved for the renewal.
Since then, my second renewal was approved without a letter explaining it, and my third has been accepted.

Whilst it's a bit different from your situation, it is quite similar. So, I'd say you don't need the letter.

As for what is needed, yes I think you have everything.
(Although I have always included 2 passport pictures, i-94, the approval letters for i765, 765WS, and G-1145).
