I don't know much about Paxton besides the lawsuit, but why didn't he attempt a lawsuit when Obama was in office? My memory is rusty in that aspect, I just remember DAPA being stopped.

It wouldn’t be the first time DACA being sued. Kobach did it on behalf of ICE and it failed big time. Paxton can sue all he wants but I doubt that it will be successful.
