because not all dreamers are educated enough to think about their actions. Even among all dreamers, only a handful of us are college grads right? Lets just look at the good side of it...IT IS FRIDAY. nobody will pay attention to this and by Monday it will be old news

i've said it before, bad publicity has everything to do with DACA, it doesnt matter if it's not directly related to us.

yet there will be those that demand mods remove irrelevant news stories.

what were her motives though? i am not without empathy and i fear maybe it had to do something with bullying.

or maybe the DACA rollercoaster got to her like some of the drama queens on this forum, maybe some of them can relate to her feelings of just wanting to take drastic action.

jesus fucking christ, reading the comments on here, maybe it's not so hard to imagine why she felt like going on a rampage.

i can just imagine the racists talking about us in the same manner, even when the best of us is the subject at hand.

but i do wonder what her motives were.

Just don't give me that. I'm definitely not condoning her actions but peoples' mental psyches are more complicated than that.

Also don't give me that stuff about out of state tuition. I went to high school in a state that didn't offer in state tuition for DACA recipients. I went to an Ivy League school. If I lack as much nuance as you do, then I would chide aged out Dreamers for not doing what I did. I qualified for DACA pretty late into my senior year so don't give me this crap.

i hate that about the immigrant community "i had to wait in line to be a US citizen" that in particular is what the legal immigrant community says when they talk about us.

my mom tells me a story of how my dad had to work this horrible physical labor job and how he felt my uncles that came after should have to go through the same.

now if i have the opportunity to help my family/friends get ahead and avoid the bullshit i faced i do my best to help them.

of course this point of view where some think that others should suffer like they have isint exclusive to just us immigrants.

What? A 21 year old woman who doesn't go to the high school made the threat, and they don't know if they're going to charge her as an adult? There's something off with all this.
