I just read the general requirements for 485.
We didn't live with each other when we were dating and now that we are married we are about 7 months out to getting a new place together. No documentation of living together yet when we submit the application.

I know and read that lawyers provide 50 pictures the relationship through the years and dated. Should I include it, and front load even though on the 485 instructions it doesn't say anything about this? Wouldn't this prove that this is a bonafide marriage?

You can apply for adjustment, and when you get your EAD you can open joint accounts and start collecting that evidence of financial co-mingling. You would just bring it with you to the interview, instead of front-loading your application (when you send as much evidence as possible with the application). Remember to also do taxes together, and put each other on emergency contact info at work, put married in w4, etc

For the 765 form do I choose renewal of employment or permission to accept since this is for AOS?

You really shouldn't have let it expire in this day and age. ICE has been known to show up when people go for interviews so they COULD be jerks. Not very likely but possible. Might want to have a contingency plan just in case.

No Order of removal? From what I've seen, most of the time, there was an order of removal when Ice showed up to an otherwise routine interview so if you don't have anything, you'll probably be ok. Best of luck and let us know how it goes...I guess you gotta pay that $1000 fine huh?

I highly doubt it, if no record.
