Certificate of disposition

Hello

My husband went to file his renewal today with an immigration center(the one he used for the first daca) and they are asking for him to include a certificate of disposition(disorderly condunct from 5 years ago). I was just wondering if he really needs that for a renewal? He already sent it for his initial application back in 2016.

Also do you guys think its too late to apply for a renewal? He expires mid september

He is not required to submit documentation that he already submitted. Apply, everybody is doing so even those who expire in 2019.
