Damn im nervous now.

My husband is applying for renewal today but he has a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct from 3 yrs ago. Do you think they could deny him??

There's always a chance.

I wouldn't send my renewal until I talk to an immigration lawyer to see if he could get that expunged.

Lol it's funny you mentioned this. I know a family friend who was deported and came back. Spent 8 months in Jail and got green card last week. Whole family is undocumented.
