What is current status on the DACA lawsuit ?

Hi! Everyone
thanks to Federal judges who issued injunction to order USCIS to resume processing renewals.

But how long will this injunction stays in place ? Is there possibility it will be overturned but appellate court ?

Does anyone know when will Appellate court rule on the case ? So I can get a idea when is the best time for me to submit my renewal again ?

I am really disappointed that there is no hope of passing DACA legislative solution . Politicians can never be trusted. Fuck them!

well they are not taking any new application. but they are taking renewals

I heard that the injunction might still be in place for a year because the court deals with case by case

Hi AleiaTheEnchanted. I'm in a similar situation where I'm not quite sure if I should send my renewal (July/August). Where is it confirmed that the injunction may remain for at least a full year? I'm also wondering once my application has been submitted and let's say DACA is rescinded by SCOTUS, will my renewal application in the pipeline be rejected? Thanks much
