Moral Dilemma: cousin wants me to get him a hotel room

Okay, so my cousin messaged me asking me to sign into a hotel in my name because he is under 21.
It's his 19th birthday and he wants to spend it with girlfriend...if you know what I mean.

This is so awkward and unexpected because we barely talk but I understand where he is coming from since our family is very conservative.

If he gets in trouble will I be legally liable?

Tell him to get an airbnb. I don't think there are age restrictions.
