I also got a ship date today from the future soldier dashboard--early April.

Should I do the steps in this link now?

What else should I do to try to get my N-400 moving? I haven't even gotten an interview notice yet..

Got cleared today, ship date late April. I guess I have 60 days to hound USCIS to finish my N400.

Game face.

Congrats man, did you receive a call or did you just keep checking FS? my HRCAPPS says my MSSDs are cleared but FS and recruiter haven't reached out to me. They might've forgotten about me.

Got a call, the FS site updated on the same day though. Oddly my hrc site hasn't updated yet. If your MSSD is done it's probably just awaiting rec command to assign your training seat, should be soon-

My HRC updated about 2 days after my ship date showed up in FS.

Congrats!

Hey everyone who already got a ship date, I have a quick question for you.

My shipdate on the FS website has been saying 05 OCT 2017 for the past year and a half. I was wondering if everyone else's has been blank and then filled up or did it have a previous date and then get updated with an actual date.

Mine went blank for a while, and then the new one populated.

Gotcha thanks for the response! Also has anyone tried getting Deferred Action for their parents using DEP status as a basis?
https://www.uscis.gov/military/discr...their-families

I'm looking to file an application and I'm gathering useful intel. Among other things, USCIS is asking for

-Evidence of any additional factors supporting a favorable exercise of discretion in the form of deferred action

Pretty vague so I'll include a bunch of stuff like tax returns, recommendation letters from community leaders and churches to help build a strong case.

Will update you guys on what my final packet looks like in case anyone reading is interested in applying as well
