I got my bios app letter today
Is for 3/30/18 9.am
Nebraska service center they are always very fast with my case. I sent my app 2 weeks ago.

Sent: 3/5/18 Expires:6/10/2018
Bios App received 3/16 for 3/30 9am
Walk in Bios 03/22/ in and out in 10 minutes.
Approval: as of 03/22 my card is being produced Received EAD 03/29

But remember what happened to edaca? They requested the EADs given after the program was stopped in courts. So it is likely they wont give us EADS if injunction is overruled and theyre still processing our cases.

That’s the dilemma. We want it later so our new card last longer, but u want it earlier so what u said doesn’t happen! The story of our lives!

Smh idk why people keep making this false comparison. If the injunction is overturned they will simply stop accepting renewals . The ones that have been currently processing will keep processing.

IN ADDITION TO THIS, they had requested certain three year EADs to be returned, not all.

They requested the ones processed AFTER the courts blocked edaca. So if a court overturns injuction, they easily could stop processing and assigning EADs. No one knows which is why Im nervous about it

So is everyone getting an email from ELIS after their bios are completed? I completed mine on March 9th and never received an email.. My status on ELIS hasn’tchanged from accepted either.

For those of you who have pending renewal case, are you able to see documents in upload section of ELIS account page? I'm able to view the documents in upload section for my last renewal but the current one gives me error page.
