I haven't booked yet, but I was hoping for 4th of July weekend. Flights are going for about what $400-600 avg. from Los Angeles to San Juan, PR.

Thought about staying in San Juan, by Condado hitting up the bars and dreaming about going to Culebra as well. Have you guys heard of Gilligans Island?

BestBefore1984- Let us know how your trip goes, enjoy!

Been there couple of times with daca, it's very safe, just like any domestic flight. Enjoy your time there, went before the hurricane and it's amazing and a beautiful place.

Can you bring your own booze to Culebra and drink it on the beach? I don't want to get busted and deported for breaking the law. I'm planning to get to the Ferry in Fajardo at 6am.

By the way, did you have a car rental?
I don't see why not.. I want to say there were people on there with coolers. I would just make sure you don't have bottles (glass). I did rent a car for my stay in San Juan, drove to Fajardo and parked there. We rented a Golf Cart for both places (Vieques and Culebra). Was awesome driving around the Golf Cart.

That sounds dope. I drove one of those when I was in the sloppy (Mississippi) in a trailer park for a week.

I'll look into getting one of those for Puerto Rico. Thanks for the heads up!!
