They are expelling and persecuting people all over the country and there are no checks and balances.

You should try to add some bulletproofs so its easier to read.

Sounds like it is a great time for lawsuits, but a horror of endless cases to the Judicial branch.

When Trump presidency began, many said that the institutions of American democracy will be tested in ways it had not before. Thanks to the GOP, the Legislative Branch has failed this test miserably. But the Judicial Branch seems to have picked up the slack.

The legislative branch is full of slackers, whiners, money-witches/wizards, and the most useless our fine nation has to offer.

Each legislative season is like the Olympics for the useless, and some states win gold more often than others.

Lastly, there are always some congressional groups whose sole purpose is to block any legislation, except for legislation to raise their own wages, because they need more money. I believe that the congressional wages should be put up to popular vote, along with anything else related to laws that only affect congress.
