DACA will be fully restored per judge orders. That means new applications and AP will be available soon. USCIS will update their website soon I think.

No idea if the supreme court will rule to end DACA or not, IMO they won't. But if they do, there'll be movement in congress about it.

I think the best course of action is to renewal now if you can, you should be able to keep your DACA status until it expires, which should protect you long enough for congress to do something about it in the event the SC rules against DACA.
