Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

Congress needs to get their behind to work, fix the issue for all childhood arrivals once and for all, move on to start fixing the rest of the system asap. All the shit has finally hit the fan.

It calls on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas to “immediately rescind and cancel all DACA permits currently in existence because they are unlawful,” or at a minimum to block the government “from issuing or renewing DACA permits in the future, effectively phasing out the program within two years.”

This is how mean these guys are. I wouldn’t put it past Hannen to rule that even Permits already issued are invalid. That’s why it boggles my mind that the Hispanic liberal judge just gave this case back to that mean asshole of a judge .
