So my new ead was supposedly delivered april 12th but i didnt not get it. Maybe it was accidentally thrown away i dont know, now an email from uscis says i would have to resubmit an i765 form with the appropriate fees, does this mean i have to do it all over? Has anyone had to replace their lost ead before? Any suggestions are appreciated.

You can try checking with the post office, but since it's been over a month it's doubtful they would be able to track it.

So you're not sure if you did receive it and it was thrown out? If you are sure you absolutely did not receive it. You should file a claim w USPS. Maybe they can help you figure out what happened. I'm not 100% sure but if its USPS fault they should help with a letter stating it was lost you then might be able to use this for replacement with USCIS without paying the fees again. I've overheard immigration attorney about this. Good luck!
